About

Hi, I’m Montse.

I’m a trilingual communicator passionate about leadership, storytelling, and helping people connect across cultures.

Having lived in Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, I’ve learned that curiosity, adaptability, and communication can open doors and bring people together. Whether I’m developing leaders, creating digital content, writing, or exploring new ideas, I’m always looking for ways to make complex topics more meaningful and accessible.

I have a B.A. in Planning, Public Policy and Management with a Minor in Media Studies from the University of Oregon. I have also completed Graduate Coursework in Organizational Behavior.

Journalism was my first dream. Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, I attended journalism camps at Northern Kentucky University and Ohio University and even shadowed at my local news station. When my family moved to Oregon, life took me in a different direction, leading me into leadership, higher education, and student development. Those experiences shaped who I am—but they’ve also brought me full circle. Now, I’m returning to my roots and rediscovering the passion that first inspired me.
